During 120 minutes, we use the same currency rate as at the moment of receiving the request *. Requests are processed 24 hours a day automatically.

Waiting for a response from the payment system

The service receives information from the payment system about the client's payment. The time for obtaining this information may vary. Users usually receive confirmation instantly (1-15 minutes). When paying with VISA / MC cards, they can wait for 5-60 minutes (up to 3-6 days by the bank's regulations). Sometimes there can be delays in the receipt of information. It is often caused by payment system problems.

Payment is completed

The status means that the payment is successful. It depends on the payment system or bank how fast funds will be deposited in the client's account. You can see the approximate time frames in the table below:

For the applications that are carried out in manual form (on the corresponding direction on the BestChange resource marked "This exchanger works in manual or semi-automatic mode"), the payment period may take from 30 minutes to 12 hours from the moment of receiving funds in order to pay for the application.

There is no confirmation from the payment system for 15 minutes after the request is made

The transaction isn’t still completed. If the payment system sends a notification after the time limit, the request will be processed automatically at any time of the day.

Payment errors

The payment isn’t successful. That can happen if something is wrong with the payment system. This situation may also occur if the client entered incorrect account details.The transaction will be checked and verified by the operator within 5-60 minutes during business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM to 7 PM GMT + 2). It may take the whole day at the weekend and on holiday.

* If the user hasn't received funds, the request will be rejected automatically after the time provided by the Changer Club system (timeout). It is possible to renew the rejected request. In that case, the financial department should process the request during business hours (8 AM - 10 PM). They have to do that within 24 hours after the request is submitted. The payment will be made according to the rate fixed at the moment of submitting the request, but that’s only if the rate hasn’t been changed. If the currency rate decreases more than by one percent compared to the rate set during the request period, the financial department will recalculate the rate when processing the request. That means that the consumer will receive an amount less than the one specified when submitting the request.

Funds return 

1. We will provide a 100% refund should the client request. However, that should be justified by the criteria below.

1.1. The transaction wasn’t completed due to technical errors that occurred when the request was being processed.

1.2. The transaction wasn’t completed within the period provided for it due to circumstances that have nothing to do with the client.

1.3 The user doesn't want to go through the verification procedure and claims that a third party got access to their personal account.

1.4. When the client submits the request for a refund, the commission will be 1.5% of the amount. And it shouldn’t be less than the approved tariff in the blockchain network.

2. The Service can refund money received through any payment system, which also includes credit/debit cards. In this case, the refund will be transferred to electronic wallets and by the bank details that the client used when depositing funds.

3. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first 24 (twenty four) hours of the alleged transaction or within thirty (30) days if the User claims that another person (or minor) had access to his / her Account User.

4. Taking into account all the circumstances, we will investigate each case on an individual basis, and we will try to satisfy the client's needs. But the final decision is ours.
